1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:
The product is unused and unopened
It is in its original packaging
You have the order confirmation or receipt
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used or opened skincare products (including facewash and sunblock) cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return

Your order number
Product(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect).
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will process a free replacement or full refund once verified.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s complete
Please note: Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
Opened or used skincare products
Gift cards or promotional items
Items marked as final sale
